Blanking is the process in which a specific piece is cut out from a large metal sheet. This operation is typically carried out through punching or cutting. The cut-out piece is referred to as a "blank."
The feeder system in the stacking area ensures that the cycle times of the laser cell are not affected. This guarantees a high output of the plant technology.
Edge finishing is not necessary thanks to laser technology. The edge quality is better than that of blanks with a punched edge.
Compared to punched edges, BILCUT has a positive impact on the machinability of sheet materials.
All geometries can be easily produced as formed blanks.
The cutting process is not affected by the coating.
There is no minimum order quantity. The order quantities are based on the customer's requirements.
Finished formed blanks can be packaged and transported as needed on various types of pallets (Euro pallets with or without attachments, industrial pallets, plastic pallets) or in mesh boxes.
Tolerance class “M” is maintained in accordance with DIN EN - 2768. Tighter tolerances can also be cut to special customer requirements.
With the help of the integrated marking system, the identification and traceability of the blanks can be guaranteed.
