With our comprehensive materials expertise, we support you in selecting the optimum materials for your projects. We focus on customer-oriented material optimisation and can also develop specific material solutions for special applications and requirements. Our materials can be supplied in widths of up to 1,350 mm, which is a unique selling point in the cold rolling industry. This enables improved nesting based on our software-based component and nesting optimisation.

Purchase of input material

We take over the entire purchasing and scheduling of coil material for you so that you can concentrate on your core business. Our software-supported nesting optimisation maximises material utilisation and significantly reduces waste. With our just-in-time production, we ensure that your blanks are delivered on time and as required to optimally support your production processes.

Resale input material

As part of the resale program, we purchase the specified material from the supplier at the prices negotiated by you. BILCUT GmbH is responsible for the disposition of the raw material until the completion and packaging of the molded blanks.

Provision of input material

You can provide us with the coil material under your own responsibility, while we take care of the flexible and needs-based production of your molded circuit boards. Our build-to-print approach guarantees the precise implementation of your specific designs. Our flexible manufacturing technology ensures that your products are delivered exactly when you need them.
